Hello, my Name is Christopher Linenbroker, and I am the owner of C.L. Photography. A small photographic company started after the hobby became more and more like a business. I officially started my business in 2006 as a hobby business, and now as of 2009 have went full time. I have many goals in store for this direction that I have chosen to pursue. In 2009 alone I have made travels from Seattle to Kansas City and even Alaska. Traveling many places to photograph Motocross event from flying freestyle to triple jumping arena cross to my favorite Endurocross. I have tried other events from rodeo's to Drifting racing all with success. That would be why I shoot a lot of action events. I have found a liking to these events.

In the line photography I also have went out and photographed youth baseball, peewee football, Cheerleading and Dance. I never seen myself as kid photographer, but thru all these times, I found out that I have a way to make a kids smile and act like kids. And it seems that the older the kids are the harder it is for me to work with them. I guess the older kids think the just to old for pictures, and you almost have to force them to smile. The more you try thou the more unhappy they look. So different approaches must be use and truly I'm still working on that.

Seniors portraits have become a main business for part of the year, Every senior has something different about them and I always try to put some of that into their portraits.   Most seniors have no idea what they want, and there is other that have the whole session planned out. I really don't know which one I like better. I have found out that many of the seniors are kind a frigid and stiff at first and it takes a little time to get them comfortable. So I have figured out that really the first 2 to 5 poses that I put them in are most likely no good, but it gets them loosen up and ready for their real chance to shine.

Just my side of weddings, where would a photographer begin. Other than you have to look at being up on your feet for most of a day and you are just stressed to the max. (or at least I am) Some photographer just love shooting weddings, and I have to say that wedding are an adventure. Every one of them is a different quest to get the best job done that you can. It's always on my mind at least that I might miss a certain shot or just end up passing out under all the stress. But I never have and probably never will. I just put all my effort into what I feel will be the best for the bride and groom, and everything has always worked out, But after the proofs are done and the bride and groom is happy do I finally feel some of that stress leaving till the next event.

This is how I feel when it comes to equipment. You can never have enough, you can never bring enough and you will never be able to afford enough. I take a lot of time picking my equipment. and until something that is just amazing comes out I will stick with Nikon as my camera system of choice. They are what I feel fits my needs. The D3 is my primary camera and it has yet to let me down. Through hot and cold, dusty and  wet conditions, it's always been ready for action. If things keep going well I will have to get a studio camera system ( if nothing really cool comes out by then, the Nikon D3X will be my the next camera)
